Len and I have done a fair bit of running together since he came into our lives 6 months ago. He's an 18 month old Ridgeback cross, powerfully built, strong and takes his regular 2-3 hours walking per day in his stride. Particularly whilst Di was away in New Zealand and Max was ill, it was a good way to give him some extra exercise and keep me a bit running fit for when things calmed down again.
